We had a lovely stay. The room was very comfortable and the view was fantastic. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and the food was hot. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The fridge was broken so we unable to have anything from the mini bar and the toilet had something in it on arrival.

Excellent location - Heritage listed building - Views of Harbour while lying in bed. reception and staff were attentive but not over powering. I had a really great time and I will stay here again

It was a pleasure to stay here at one of Sydney's best hotels. The location is amazing. Loved being so close to the water. Enjoyed having breakfast with such a nice view. I look forward to staying here again!

Absolutely loved the location, and the waterfrontage with its industrial shipping persona. Very quiet (apart from the amazing vacuum toilet flush!) and relaxed atmosphere - not over done at all.

Lovely hotel, huge (king waterside) room with high ceiling BUT! Tiny window which provides next to no view and it was sealed. That's all understandable though (former old warehouse building), but still, I was a bit dissapointed. Not all rooms are like that, so make sure you ask the reception for options, if it matters to you!

Excellent service, ecpecially the friendly bar staff. Quite refreshing to be treated well after staying in many different places over the last month. Work in the industry and was surprised. Recommend this hotel for sure!

Over-priced and over-rated, a little worn. Sure, it's on the water, but the view is all-but-limited to the next pier's ugly siding which reflects the trains on The Bridge, which you cannot see!! The 'water' increases the humidity in the right weather, so weigh it up! The rooms are very small for the price - Very Small, notwithstanding the location: on the edge of the rocks. Bar is good, 'cos of foreign staff. Check out is manual and tediously slow. No more than two stars anywhere else in the world. You have had my business for this life.
