| The non-smoking room we were in was obviously a converted smoking room which had a bad cigeratte smoke odor in it from previous life as a smokers room. Bathroom fixtures in shower was rusty and aircon control was broken off. Positive side, room was quite large and in good location in city. |

| This hotel is in a great central location. The rooms are very generous and comfortable, and well furnished, however the bathroom, although adequate, is dated. There is a large outdoor pool which was most welcome. I found the front of house staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. My only concern is that the bedlinen was not changed over my stay (2 nights). But overall, on a value for money basis, would stay there again. |

| hi.
yes i stayed at your property on friday april 18th i had a superior room which had a fabulous king size bed the room was a good size and i also dined in the restraunt the rack of lamb was superb & the waiter staff actually smiled ( quite rare these days).
my short stay was very pleasant. |

| Great central location in CBD. Value for money rate. Only complaint was that aircon is on either hot or cold setting depending on time of yesr, so if you happen to strike a hot spell with the setting on for cold weather, then it could get a bit uncomfortable. |
