I strongly suggest you do not stay in this hotel. We stayed there with family who were over from England. On arrival, our bags were left in the holding area in reception until our room was ready. When we returned several hours later, my bag was missing from the room. It contained everything I needed for the long week end; the staff had absolutely no idea what to do! There was no management on site for the entire three day duration and after insisting with the staff to show us the CCTV footage, it got more outrageous! What transpired is that one of the STAFF members blatently handed MY bag to another patron, who walked out of the hotel with thousands of dollars worth of clothing etc.... we spent the next two days insisting with management they do something about our situation. The manager, Raymond Trang, wouldn't even show his face and the assistant managers Evelyn and Walter have absolutely no idea how to deal with the situation; they even agreed that they were embarrassed to work for this shoddy organisation. The response we got was that someone accidentally took my bag and they were trying to call him and ask him to return it!!!! (I am not joking!) They offered me no compensation and even charged us for the hotel room! There was absolutely not tagging process (the room where luggage is stored is often left open for anyone to wonder in and out of!!!) so there is no way I would ever recommend anyone stay here; they do not deserve to be in business. Customer service was disgusting and there is never a manager even on site, so I would not risk staying here for my own safety... we were also told that they have had armed robberies and they couldn't work the CCTV system!!!!!The entire experience was shocking and wrecked our entire week end... In fact I will be reluctant to visit Sydney again as the experience was so bad. Having travelled the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world, I'm ashamed that the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, is in my own country! Please for your own safety do not stay here!

We did have problems finding the place. We were instructed to park in a near by parking station, when we got down to the parking it was very small and there was no parking left but eventually found one. Once in our 1 bedroom apartment we were very happy, place was clean and in a great location, right in China Town and a short walk to Darling harbour. I would stay there again now I know where it is and can find it!!
