The Seashells Serviced Apartments Perth overlooks Scarborough Beach. They are located nearby popular beachfront café as well as other Perth attractions. This Perth hotel won the 2004 Australian Tourism Award for Deluxe Accommodations. The apartments are made up of three adjoining buildings.

The hotel is located at 178 The Esplanade Scarborough Western Australia 6019. It is right on the Sunset Coat and about 15 minutes from the Perth CBD.
