LikedRoom service food overly priced - One person one plate of beans $17!! Offer solo travelers half sized portions. Not only is it a waste of money it is a waste of food as no one person could eat a plate of beans that was enough for a family of 3. Offer the meals for room service with vegetables opposed to having to purchase separately- even increase your price to have this offered.

DislikedAs above. And I am still waiting for the fresh milk that was offered in the room for tea and coffee. Please don't offer something that you can't deliver on. I rang all possible phone numbers to request the milk and when I did get through to someone after around 10 mins of calling all the numbers and then nothing was sent through to me. This meant that I had no tea or coffee in the morning as there was no milk. Consider placing more of the horrible long life milk in the rooms or even go one further and place small containers of fresh milk in the rooms. During this trip I stayed in multiple hotels/motels and the motels always provided fresh milk - no long life milk!

LikedThe bed was very comfortable and the sheets cotton. Liked there was an extra blanket for warmth.

DislikedHotel in general seems a little tired. Didn’t like been woken up at 8am by housekeeper and then on other days not coming until 4pm. The water temperature in the shower was not very hot and the towels provided small in size.

LikedThat the access to Lambton Quay was so accessible.
