Tulip Hotel Apartment

DislikedThere is a reason why hotels are different from hotel apartments, the guest gets all the facilities and comforts of an apartment. I didn't understand the logic of providing a washing machine and clothes drying rack when you're not allowed to keep the rack on the balcony for the clothes to dry. On top of that one can't use the balcony at night and switch on the lights. The security guards come and tell u to take out the clothes and switch off the lights. This is the first property where I've seen guards coming to the room for petty things rather than room service just using the phone and requesting the guest to comply. The shower was not working properly, the bathrooms were dimly lit (for the studio).

LikedThe staff was super friendly specially Shahrukh and Sahil at the reception and Kolim on the services team were very welcoming and kept sure everything during our stay was perfect
