DislikedThe walls are paper thin, you can hear exactly EVERYTHING what your neighbors doing, that was the worst part because we had a young italian couple in the room next to us and they just had fun.... There is not enough space to put your clothes in the room, suitcase or cosmetic stuff in the bathroom. A long mirror is missing because you can't check your outfit before going out. The check-in time is 16h which we have known before but we think that's too late and cut your day in half. The recepcion's opening time is short, the guy was very kind, even if he forgot to call us when our room was ready to check-in.. :)

Liked- location, very close to the city center but on a quiet street - nice, clean rooms in a renovated historic building - basic amenities were provided

DislikedNothing major to complain about a few things were not ideal: - reception/ front desk only open for a few hours each day, which is generally not a big problem except that the front door to the street (accessible via code) malfunctioned and didn't open anymore, so we had to call the Patriarca team a few times to have the door opened - probably makes me reconsider whether I'm chosing accomodation without 24-hour reception again in the future (the issue wasn't fixed throughout the 3 nights we stayed there but it was probably taken care of at some point) - rooms are quite small and the bathroom is only divided with a sliding door, so privacy was a bit lacking - the walls in the building are really thin and it was a bit noisy sometimes
