Dislikedswimming pool small my room opposite a karaoke bar fitness room not open early enough

LikedThe location was amazing, being able to have breakfast and dinner by the sea, was wonderful

DislikedThe range of food was good, but all was very bland, watery. Meat, fish....all lacked flavour. No seasoning.... I asked the cook if they had any chilli to give the meat more flavour, they did not.😏. Due to the humidity, the salt and pepper mills got quite soggy. Air conditioning in the room didn't work very well, the shower water was fluctuating hot and cold during showers. All settings on sink tap were delivering hot water. They started cold, but getting hot the longer the tap was on. We had to buy bottled water to use in the kettle. Although there were USB ports for charging phones both sides of the bed, only one side functioned, reported to reception, they said they would call an engineer to have a look, not heard any more about it, but USB ports still not worked. These are all little things, some very easily fixed, (like the food), to make the whole holiday experience great

DislikedToo many issues to mention here. Will raise a formal complaint with the hotel. This is NOT a four star hotel. Very uncomfortable rooms and not as it appears on the website.

DislikedOur room was on the first floor and across the street was the British Bar, really loud place. All of the 3 nights really loud life music performance till midnight. Even closed windows and earphones with noise-cancelling did not work for us.

LikedGreat hotel by the sea. Perfect location.

DislikedPool could be deeper but was still great.
