LikedThe location was fantastic and most of the staff were helpful.

DislikedThe club dominates activity - guests are made to wait for lifts so club/bar customers can have priority, and the noise/beats filter floors up and down. Many staff are cold and unhelpful, and the rooms are pretty basic for the price - especially the bed linen and the bathroom towels (there are no robes). The mini bar is boobytrapped to charge you even if you just pick something up, and the “free” stuff given to you in exchange for your resort fee is laughable - your $10 per room complimentary room service won’t even get you a filter coffee (by the time you’ve paid $4 delivery plus tax and tip).

LikedThe parking garage was next door and it was so convenient. I got a coupon at the front desk, and it was $20 off for 24 hour parking. There are so many place to go around, and it was so comvenient!

DislikedService was nil. Needed a luggage cart, called x2, never came. Needed a light bulb, was promised in 15 min, never came. Next day, asked front desk for a light bulb, was promised it'd be installed while I'm out, never happened. Really stupid.
