DislikedThe shower drain in the bathroom kept clogging up. We had to ask the hotel staff for a toilet plunger to clear the water from the shower tray otherwise we would have flooded the bathroom floor !

LikedThe room was a good size for a single. The shower was effective. They provided a hair dryer. The air conditioning was very effective. The breakfasts were enjoyable and were enough to eat for me. The hotel is across the street from an excellent restaurant La Famiglia. The staff were friendly and helpful.
DislikedThe towel rail in the bathroom was heated for much of the day. This added to the heat of the room. Maybe they turn it off in the summer. The toilet pan was not properly fixed to the floor.

LikedStaff made this place amazing from the start. Having toiletries was a plus and the only place to have hair conditioner on my 2 week trip. I have to rave about Elia. I work hospitality and have Relais & Châteaux background, I know good service. He far exceeded my expectations. The location is great for walking around rome and close to train station.
DislikedSmall bathroom/room but acceptable for the price. Noise pollution late outside, small fan would be nice for cover noise.
