LikedThe hotel location was good. A 10 minute walk to Piccadilly and the hotel was relatively close to downtown, without having any noise from traffic or clubs. Staff was very friendly and willing to help.
DislikedThe West Wing, where our room was, was very old, everything was very worn and unpleasant (carpets worn down to the fibers, toilet did not always flush, shower sprayed everywhere etc). The buffet where the breakfast was served was overcrowded on Saturday and Sunday, so you had to wait in line for half an hour before admission. Very unsettling not being able to count on this aspect when you have tickets booked and planes to catch. Also, on these mornings, the kitchen was not up to speed (food items were not available (bananas, eggs, bread), coffee machines were out of order, bowls and spoons not available etc.).

We had a king suite requested a quiet room , location was perfect , it’s a clean hotel but carpet in room was a bit old and the bathroom had no ventilation ,besides those 2 critiques would I stay there again , most definitely.
