LikedThis an ideal location, amazing staff, hotel features, cleanliness and the Monday get together at 5pm
DislikedThe beds were 2 singles which were pushed together. As an adults only hotel we would have liked to have a double bed. Food stopped being served at 4pm and the bar closed at 6pm. We wished they stayed open later as we met a few couples we have liked to stay around the bar or eat rather than go out.

LikedThe staff is very friendly and efficient. Significant point : The breakfast is great, varied and hearty. Several chefs are available to prepare some special dishes. The hotel provides a transfer service to the airport. The localisation is perfect.
DislikedThe pressure of the shower could be easily improved thanks to a shower head with adjustable jets.

LikedSuper friendly staff. you can download an app and communicate with the hotel staff via chat. The staff usually responded within 30mins and the requests we asked for - one related to changing single bedding to a double bedding sheet - were attended to within the hour. Super great service. Also, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of Cava and a red bottle of wine was waiting for us in our room, it's these kinds of small gestures that made our stay very pleasant :)
DislikedThere's not much to do in the area, mostly filled with other hotels and restaurants.

LikedNice and modern hotel with a lot of “happy” colors. Rooms are big and a nice view from the balcony. The hotel is very clean. A nice small kitchen with free coffee. Every day we also got some candy. Breakfast is great and have a big variety of all you need for a good morning. Breakfast is open until 12:00. Restaurant and pool area is very clean. The pool area is not to crowed and have some small private areas. We ate lunch in the restaurant every day and the menu was great. All the staff is very service minded. Specially waiter Geiler was very friendly and service minded - he made us feel comfortable. We had our “own private” parking space for our rented car which was perfect since it can be challenging to find parking spaces on the street. The hotel is close to everything - the beach and Jumbo mall
DislikedInstead of the fancy sofa in the room it would have been great with a sofa with more comfort. The beds are not comfortable at all !
