DislikedThe picture of the swimming pool is not what it looks like, at all!!!! Was very disappointed. There was no hot water for the shower, so I had to have cold showers the whole time. There was no English speaking TV channels. Never again

DislikedThe reception staff wasn't available during the check-in time, the rooms were dirty, smelly and very small. There was noisy guys at the early morning. The clean services staff kicked the door at 6 am while we're sleeping asking for room clean services 😵‍💫 unprofessional.

Totally different with the pict. Small room is not a big deal but they didn’t prepare the room well. The aisle and elevator were hot and creepy. Like they were not ready to welcome the guess.
