LikedThe location of this hotel is very good. Close to the nightlife in Yumbo Center. The staff is very friendly and help you. The cleaning staff is amazing.
DislikedThe bed was absolutely a nightmare. Woke up everyday with heavy pain in the body. The water in the pool was too cold.

LikedGot upgraded to top floor with a nice view overlooking the pool, Playa del Ingles and the sea. The pool and the garden was very nice in a quite area. They arrange pool party in the weekends with games and prizes which I like.
DislikedI wish they could have better pillows and cover for their duvets. No possible to heat the room. Better lights in the room would be nice.
