LikedProperty was in a good location and was beautiful in character!
DislikedToo many things to mention but here’s a start and these are pretty big ones: 1. Room was not cleaned over our 3 days. The one day we complained about this and they then sent someone who just changed the towels and threw them in bathroom but left room service old food etc all on floor inside room. They just don’t clean the rooms. 2. The toilet was blocked in our complete 3 day stay in our room. We pointed this out several times but only once someone to fix and did so for it to be blocked again an hour later. So we basically had no toilet in our room that we was able to use. So instead, we used a spa toilet not too far from our room, which was also blocked most of the time, meaning ultimately if we needed a toilet we had to go 8 mins away to near reception just for toilet use. 3. The food is awful especially room service and breakfast. On one of the days we came down for breakfast and it was the worst experience ever. They took order and half hour later only got half the order as they didn’t write it down. Horrible experience and horrible food. I travel the whole world and love staying in various 5 star hotels and the Anantara brand is always one of the best but this one branch is a massive let down to the chain. Shame on u guys for charging extraordinary rates to stay there but u can’t even provide a toilet that works.

LikedKeeping your room clean throughout the day and provoding fast and high-quality in-room dining service. And breakfast is like a therapy with koi fish and greenary. I congratulate all the staff..
