Likedlocation was great. clean hotel. comfortable rooms.

Dislikedstaff at reception should be more knowledgeable than telling me to go check the website of any historic place when I ask for fast track tickets. a white tshirt from my room was gone I believe along with sheets. I reported this, they didn't even bother to get back to me if they could find it or not at the reception

LikedExcellent location near Vatican, e.g. Piazza Navona within walking distance (25-30 min, usually faster than taxi or public transport given the traffic in Rome); modern and very well maintained rooms and facilities, very kind and helpful staff (a male employee at the reception being the only exception), good value for money (for Rome being a top destination and capital), rich breakfast buffet, very good restaurant (dinner), relatively quiet location in side street (by Rome standards)

LikedThe location is very good, breakfast choices very good, room size is okay, housemaid excellent, cozy bar area, reception staff very helpful, Chiara in particular. Nice lobby area.

DislikedThere wasn't anything we did not like.
