The hotel is in a great location . Staff are friendly and helpful . The rooms can get a bit warm . Asking for a fan in advance might help in warm weather

LikedVery convenient to the subway station, great restaurant inside the hotel, plenty of ICE available at the restaurant and bar, friendly staff, free luggage storage, very clean rooms. Loved our stay!

LikedWe were delighted with the hotel. The location was close to the station with plenty of good restaurants close by. It is a traditional hotel with some very interesting pictures and a quirky lift. Restaurant is good with a nice courtyard which is used as an eating area in good weather. It was well used, even in April!!

LikedExcellent desk staff!! Very good recommendations for restaurants and responsiveness to requests. Great neighborhood for walking access to tourist sites, and to restaurants. Very close to a Metro stop, as well as trains at Termini. Felt like a safe neighborhood for two women traveling together.
DislikedAC was not on for the season yet, it was warm at night, but they were able to give us a fan.
