LikedThe location was great. Lots of nice restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food.
DislikedWe expect older hotels in Rome but this is worn . Old carpets and fixtures. The room amenities were minimal (two small plastic cups, no kettle). The bed was hard and cheap. Not what we expect for a four star hotel. It doesn't earn that rating.

LikedEverything was perfect !! I wonder who dares to say the opposite. Wonderful staff, availability 24/7, big cleaned rooms, great breakfast and service in general!!

Stayed here three nights in low season. We are very satisfied with the price, the quiet surroundings and yet close to the Vatican. The service was very good. Highly recommend!
