Likedhotel is a great location in a nice safe neighborhood with good access to Metro. Staff very friendly and room nice along with good breakfast value.

LikedThe rooms themselves were very clean and the staff were actually great, beds 7/10,
DislikedThe elevators were covered in stains, The fact you had to pay for fast wifi is ridiculous, its 2024, and the rooms were nearly 300 a night, this should be included The water was an absolute rip off “Room with a view” is an absolute farce, you can see a few trees, not much else I stay in hotels 90% of my life, this is a “one nighter” hotel, nothing else, it’s basically a bit better than a premier inn I was told i was going to be getting some sort of reimbursement (for the poor rooms and wifi etc, which i didnt ask for, and didnt ever get) My shower door was broken on the first day, i told reception, they advised it would be fixed immediately, 3 days later when i checked out, it still wasnt

LikedThe hotel was exceptional in service and amenities provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also arranged a early pick up by Taxi to FCO airport. Breakfast was incredible with a wide spread that will cater to the needs of most travelers. The room was clean and well prepared. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel is in a quite area of Rome within walking distance of some restaurants and Travel options.
DislikedThe rooms were a bit on the small side with little space for two people with their luggage. If you are hoping to close to the main attractions of Rome, the Hotel is situated a little of the beaten track, but you can get to a station, bus stop or use a taxi with ease from the hotel.

The location is amazing and the staff tried to make us happy toward the middle of the trip. I am traveling with my elderly father and the suite booked online is very misleading. It looks like they are two bedroom suites. One up stairs and one downstairs. When we arrived we waited about 3 hours. Giving them credit we arrived early and they were sold out. I had been in communication with them via email and phone to confirm the room was two bedrooms and two bathrooms. When we got to the room it was a bedroom and a couch made into a bed. By the second night they put another mattress on the couch. I shared that at 45 years old I am too old be sleeping on a pullout couch and had I known this I would have booked two rooms like everywhere else we are going or if I wanted to sleep on a couch I would booked a simple room with a bed and a couch. They gave me 15% off my bill and I was very grateful they did something rather than nothing at all. After a long journey to Rome I was still very unhappy due to having an achy back from sleeping on the couch/bed for a few nights. I would not book this room again.

LikedLocation is fantastic. Breakfast was good but could have more variety.
DislikedOur tub enclosure had no glass door for shower use, so water flooded floor. And the 'fridge' does not keep anything remotely cool - front desk staff told me it was only for 'mini bar' not refrigeration. They refused to provide me with fridge
