LikedGreat location staff were friendly and helpful

DislikedFor a 5 star hotel the rooms were very basic

LikedHotel is in the centre and near the train station.

DislikedThe hotel is passed it’s prime, the room was old and dirty. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel as it made out to be. The toilet hardly flushed and was caked with lime scale. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge but no bottle opener. Coffee sachets and water did not get replenished.

LikedGreat location, very friendly and professional staff

DislikedFloor peeling up in room, shower was in a huge free standing bath tub, was very difficult to get in and out, and the shower head sprayed all over the bathroom. No air conditioning, so both of our parties had to sleep with the windows open. No screen. We all still have welts all over from mosquito bites(I assume). The add said they have air, but it didn’t work in either room, was very hot, all 4 of us had a terrible night.

LikedLocation was everything you can walk to everything and the metro was down the street.

DislikedThe bed was not comfortable.

LikedSuperb location and surprisingly quiet for the centre of Rome.

DislikedRather tired and tatty fixtures.
