DislikedThe hotel restaurant had totally inept staff. It was as though they were ignoring us. They couldn't even get a simple breakfast order for two omelets. We sat for 15 minutes before ordering and they then took 25 minutes to bring one omelet. Negative

What a sensational hotel - our second time at this property and again we were not disappointed. If anything the property has improved since becoming part of the Star Hotel group. Super location / great staff / well appointed and large rooms in the middle of room. 3 minutes to the Spanish steps and in an upmarket shopping area of Rome. Thank you guys we will be back every time we come to Rome.

DislikedUn renovated rooms, wifi doesn't work well and they make you pay for it, we had to change rooms. This hotel needs to be renovated. This is really not a small leading hotel or a 5 stars hotel as marketed
