The A1 is just 10 minutes away by car whilst the railway station at Alnmouth, which provides connections to the east coast mainline services between London and Edinburgh, is just a 5-minute taxi ride or bus journey from Seafield Cottage - there is a bus stop diagonally opposite. The area in and around Alnmouth offers spectacular natural scenery as well as more attractions than you can hope to fit in on one trip; you are of course, welcome to return anytime!
