The room was not an extra large as indicated. One bed was a king and another was queen. Simply smelled like the room was flooded at one point. Towel rack is broken. Called the hotel 6 times, the phone was always busy.

Made reservation for 3 adults - only ever given 2 towels. Saturday morning at 2:45am fireworks set off by owner/owner family 75 ft from motel; when confronted told it's 4th of July (it was the 5th) and noise only got worse (drunkin' yelling, fireworks, car alarms). Windows haven't been cleaned in very long time. Bathrooms really small. No table in room, had to get one from another room ourselves - receptionist never left the chair. Make reservation at per night, charged per night - watch prices!!! They live here with family and do not give a damn about guests obvious due to extreme noise of owner family &THEIR guests.

The hotel room smelled like mildew and there were fleas in the bed, not a pleasent stay at all, We will never book at this hotel again. It was like those cheap motels in the Carolina's(Smell curry powder when you drive up)if you get my drift.

Made reservations over phone with someone ( I guess the manager) who didn't speak English very well but I thought I had gotten my information though to him. Arrived at motel, no reservations. Gentleman at desk did not understand that we wanted to check in, but finally got though to him. Then my wife wanted to see the room prior to us finalizing. Didn't take long to realize that we did not want to stay there. I am very glad person who took reservation lost it. Would not have stayed. It might have been a very nice motel, 30 years ago. Not even worth the money for one night. Traverler beware.

I specifically asked for a late check in and when I got the the hotel there was no one there to check me in. In fact I spent 15 minutes in the middle of a rainy night ringing the door bell. I finally have to drive around at midnight to look for other accomodations.

Room smelled mildewy, horrible! Very barebones. Door was very difficult to close. Location was good.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and extremely good value. We had a 2 room suite, with a total of 3 king-size beds, a small fridge and microwave, for about * per night. The room was clean and comfortable. The whole hotel seemed freshly painted inside and out. The decorating was simple but perfectly fine. The location was fine, nothing to brag about, but convenient to the quaint town of Stonington and not too far from the Westerly beaches. I had thought it was a bit closer to the beaches, but it's about 20 minutes away. The name suggests proximity to the sea. There is an inlet of water nearby, but I wasn't able to find any public access to it.

The room we were given had a damaged door, as if someone had kicked it in. It was repaired by screws in the door frame. The safety chain was broken. We found someones hair in our bed along with in the rest room. We will not stay here again.

The Seabreeze Hotel was clean and close to Mystic. The hotel was old, and a bit funky but I liked the fact that the owners were on the property. They upgraded our room to the ground level so we didn't have to carry our luggage upstairs. For the same cost we stayed in a large room with 2 queen sized beds, a table with 2 chairs and a large closet. It also had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. The bath was small but efficient and had a blowdryer. They had just finished painting the rooms, not expecting to rent that room they had accidently left out a paint brush. The rug was cleaner than most hotels. Although the hotel didn't have any ammentities, it was clean, quiet and adaquate for the affordable price. We would stay there again.

The Seabreeze Inn was very comfortable and easy to get to. It is on a main road where you won't have to worry about beach/tourist traffic. We traveled in the off season, and the property was a little run down (peeling wall paper a little dust and mold in the bathroom). Our room had two large beds, plenty of closet space, and a microwave and fridge. Easy access to Rhode Island beaches and Mystic, CT.

The Seabreeze Motel in Stonington, Ct was reasonably priced and ideally placed near both beaches and the downtown Mystic area. Since there was no food services on the premises, I had to drive to Mystic about six miles for breakfasts. The room I had was upstairs in a section where only three rooms were located. The room was unusually small due to the large bed in the room. This was a very comfortable double bed and well worth the sacrifice of extra room space since I was there alone. There was also a small TV as well as well as a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room all of which oprated very well. The bathroom was very small and somewhat cramped. There was a fine but small shower wedged in a corner which made it difficult to use the facilites. Also, while there was an electric hair drier present, it was somewhat defective as you had to hold the button on the wall to keep it going. This was quiet awkward and with shower wetness somewaht dangerous electrically. The room upstairs was quiet but exceedingly hot as the air conditoner did not function at all. (When I checked out, the lady on the desk shrugged her shoulder and said she was not very concerned about this as the person last week broke it.)

When we got to the hotel, after driving for many hours, the doors were locked. I rang the bell several times and finally called and noone answered. When I booked the hotel I told the representative that it would be a very late arrival which didn't seem to be a problem. After finally driving around for 2+ hours to find a room, we finally got to sleep around 5 am. My phone rang at 9 and it was the lady from the hotel saying that we never showed up. I told her the circumstance and she stated that someone should have opened the door. We were so exhausted and just wanted to sleep. The hotel has the nerve to charge me $50 for a cancellation fee which I do not think is fair because we did show up.All in all, we were very dissatisfied.

The room was very comfortable and especialy large enough. The bathroom was ok but the shower was kind of small and your stuff would not stay on the shelf that was in it.The only other thing was that the towels were too small.Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space for four people.

This place is a dump. Drink machine just took the money but did not give the drink. Ice machine was buiried under so many paint cans, wood and boxes of junk that there was no way to get to the ice. When my wife tried to adjust the shower hear the adjustment knob fell of and hit her foot. Just a real poor experience. The only good thing was that it was cheep.
