The place has been refurbished and even though it is old it is clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and the facilities excellent.!! It was worth the price as we got it on special. Not smelly or mouldy or dirty. Just clean and tidy. The pool was a great hit!! The new refurbished restaurant is worth trying. Excellent all you can eat menu and worth trying. Join the diners club. Excellent value. 2 for 1 dinner and breakfast all year.

This is the best vulue resort with great pool and water park for kids and good food , fiendly staff and well priced . We will be back !

The facilities for this hotel were very good as was the breakfast selection. The staff were friendly and helpful but I found the room disappointing - it was small and basic considering the premium paid.

Lovely resort, nice and clean, the place family should be. Highly recommend to stay for a few nights. Very enjoy the breakfast buffer.

For the amount you pay per night for a room I dont think Sea World Nara Resort is worth it. I was disapointed when walking into the room because its very small and you only have limited facilities. I thought it would be much better than this considering the cost of the room per night being $450 at full rate.

Unbelievably fantastic!!! The staff were exceptional. The whole place was very kid friendly. The June Deal made it value for money. All around it was well worth the stay.

Terrific service from management - Mr Nick [M...] & breakfast staff - Astor & Pauline. The resort is 5 star material for families & well operated. Only downside - the kids club room could be relocated elsewhere - felt like being in a damp basement / cellar .

Ideal for families as it is next to the Theme park. Each morning a Sesame street character is in the Lobby so that kids are able to have their photo taken - you can take advantage of this with your own camera.

Room wasn't the same configuration as what was ordered on-line, nor the same location. It was an inferior room. Staff were slow and the room was not changed.

Great place to stay if you want to spend a few days at sea world, otherwise a bit too far out of town.
