Room wasn't the same configuration as what was ordered on-line, nor the same location. It was an inferior room. Staff were slow and the room was not changed.

Great place to stay if you want to spend a few days at sea world, otherwise a bit too far out of town.

Unbelievably fantastic!!! The staff were exceptional. The whole place was very kid friendly. The June Deal made it value for money. All around it was well worth the stay.

The resort has been done up since our last visit some years ago, and we found it a very pleasant place to stay, and of course very convenient. Liked the grounds,(we had several children with us and we were on the ground floor), and the swimmin pool area is great, particularly with the new water feature. the breakfast was spectacularly goog, as buffets go, beautiful fresh fruit and all the cooked choices excellent, and well presented.

dismal - the room is so depressing it was only full of cheap fluoro lighting and was dim as there was not enough light. Dirty and dated from the day it was built, i felt like I was in a boarding home. Friendly staff but terrible breakfast. For the masses who dont have a clue of what to expect.

We were very nervous about booking and staying at this resort after the mixed (mostly bad) reviews I had read. We were sooo surprised with what we found. The resort has recently undergone a reno and looked clean and pretty modern. We stayed in just a superior room but it was ok.. although not all beds have been replaced yet and our beds where a bit soft and tired! The new playground in the pool area was a big hit with the kids. We ate at Melrose restuarant and had a great meal and EXCELLENT service. They gave the kids crayons and paper. The food came quick and we were in and out before the kids had a melt down!!! BOOK ahead online cause its popular! Sea world park was so close to our room that I could easily duck back to the room to put the younger kids down for a nap while hubbie and son stayed at the park. We would highly recommend staying here for all the above reasons and will definately be back.

Rooms are not clean, smell damp & mouldy, not good value for money at $196 a night. The only good about this hotel is the staff

Sea world Nara Resort is quite old, the room had an awful smell and the resort needs upgrading. I would class it as a 3 star hotel not 4.

The staff at the hotel are fantastic! Really helpful and very friendly! The rooms themselves are kinda stuck in the eighties, but comfortable and clean

This was my first time at Sea World Resort and I took some International friends from the US. I cannot praise enough the wonderful staff and service, and the whole experience was fantastic. I would recommend the resort as a place to say.

Rooms OK but a bit tired, especially bathrooms with showers poor. Swimming pool & surrounds could also be cleaner. Limited facilities to classify as "Resort", comparing for example with excellent Novotel Twin Waters, Sunshine Coast Resort stayed at afterwards. Location very good provided you have a car, as hotel dining options somewhat limited & no outside options within walking distance.
