Sea Village is located just outside of the Kailua-Kona fishing village, which offers a wide variety of dining and quaint shops. Sea Village is located on the sunny, dry side of the island in Kona, where the tradewinds keep you comfortable year round. Float in the seaside pool or relax on your private lanai with the Pacific close enough to taste as the surf breaks against the resorts sea wall. Front desk hours are 8am - 6pm. USD 50 refundable deposit required at check-in. Credit card or cash. USD 250.00 fine for smoking in the units and USD 350.00 fine for pets in the units. Housekeeping service schedule is upon departure only. Check-in is 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is 11am. Please check-in at the front desk. Occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
