Staff was friendly, hotel in good location. The staff is trying hard to upgrade this hotel. It's very bare bones but if you don't expect to spend alot of time in the room it's just fine.

Close by to stores and restaurants. Not design to park tour buses. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful to their customers. I had a good stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future.

Location is 1 hour from Whistler which is convenient. Water puddle all over elevator the whole day, bed bugs in both beds in bedroom and living room. Hotel cleanliness is horrible. Bed bugs in both beds in the bedroom and living room. My friends and I all got bitten by the bugs with bite marks all over our body, itchy and swollen. The only elevator in the hotel has water puddle the whole day, seems like it's leaking somehow.

Spacious rooms. Unappealing exterior. It has simple restaurants nearby that are walking distance, although the footpath access is poor. The rooms are the best part of this hotel, and are surprisingly nice considering that the exterior is unappealing. A nice and convenient stop on the way through to Whistler.

Initial outlook was good. Room was OK but warm. Assistance of staff was good. But parking arrangements were not good with no protection for vehicle.
