Stayed February2009 for 1 week. Most striking was how DARK the rooms were. The windows were covered with thick, drabs curtain which didn't allow light during the day. Opening them would allow guest/staff walking by to see into your room from about 2 feet away. Also the rooms were tiny. I would NOT recommend the standard room for more than one person. I was told prior to arrival that small refrigerators were available for rent in the standard room, when I arrived however, none were available and after 2 days of complaining they wheeled in a full size fridge which took up even more space in my tiny room. Other than, that staff was friendly, bathrooms were modern and clean and the location was good. Norma's restuarant was good for dinner, but skip the breakfast. Prices at Norma's were high.

stayed one night, but what a romantic place, to bad i was with my girlfriends. next time will come with my man. very safe, security was walking around at night. workers were very friendly and ready to help. right on the beach. you could not ask for anything more in a vacation spot. take my word i really enjoyed this hotel, and i will go back again 2008. ask for suite #1.
