The room was OK. But the rest of the hotel was from poor to bad. The surroundings was like an industrial area. The pool and all furniture etc by the pool was dirty. You can walk to the beach and the beach area is quit OK. And there are several restaurants by the beach and in the boat harbour area - but it is expensive.

Difficult to find. Practical, clean overnight stay without charm. Kitchenette in the room. Nice pool on the roof. Breakfast room more like a school dining-room.

compared to my stay three years ago, rooms are now in a bad condition, need renovation! Wallpaper of bathroom in bad condition, shower with an ugly smell each morning! I think I won't stay there again!!!!

Very comfortable small hotel. Good position near to railway station, seaside (10-15 min. on foot), main road to Nice and surroundings. Indoor garage free. Very nice swimmingpool with sea seesight. Room well equipped with kitchen, balcony and shower. During our 3-day vacation we found it was the perfect accomodation.

Recommended if you have your own car and want to explore the French Riviera, as it is located in between all the relevant towns. Also recommended if you don't have a car and are just looking for relaxing in the beach. The beaches next to the hotel are clean and not very packed. On the downside, the room could have been cleaner, but it was nothing revolting. Also make sure to clarify several times whether breakfast in included or not in the listed price. They said to us upon arrival that it was included but then wanted us to pay the breakfasts at the checkout. After some insistence from our part, they conceded.

En la dirección del hotel solo figura el número de la carretera nacional, pero no figura el punto kilométrico ni ningún otro número que permita localizar el hotel.

Hotel Sea Side Park.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended this hotel to friends. my only complaint is that there was an extra charge (€15 day) to use kitchenette facilties in our room which was not mentioned on web site.

worked well for family of 4 though not allowed to use any facilities in the apartment eg Cups! Well priced tough and convenient to Nice/Monanc etc if you have a car. A bit off the road and hard to find. Don't be fooled by the Juan-les-Pins address (nowhere near it!) much further down the road towards Nice at Villeneve-Loubert.

Clean, spacious, quiet, airconditioned rooms, well suited for our large family. Immediate surroundings not offering much, but with a car (good parking facilities) the location was excellent for exploring the area and visiting nice beaches and restaurants. Positively surprised by the rooftop pool and seaview balcony, the only downside was the backbreaking foldaway beds. Still, we would recommend this hotel to others.

We were please with our visit to this area and the hotel staff was very friendly, which made our stay there even better. The prices were very good considering the busy time of year and the fact that almost every other hotel was booked at the time. Not many European hotels seem to provide adequate space for families our size but this was not the case for the Sea Side Park Hotel. Our five person family was very comfortable (Two adults and three small children). We will tell our friends about this hotel and stay there the next time we're in the area. Thanks!
