went to casinos only because there was no pool at the hotel and we were told we could use the pool next door at best western but they refused to let us in even with a note from scottish inn. if we would have known we couldnt have access to a pool we would have gone somewhere else.

Did not have our room ready and they gave us a suite instead. Dirty wall next to our bed but everything else is clean.

Because we couldn't get rooms at the casino except on Thursday night, we dicided to stay "off-Strip," and we picked a nice place. The people were not distant employees; they were warm and caring and I felt like I was staying at a friends apartment. Online reservations got us a discount, and for the price we paid, the room was excellent. Having a refrigerator and microwave was nice. Below are more comments: 1) In-room coffee-- not bad, very strong 2) continental breakfast coffee (fresh brewed all day long!)-- outstanding! 3) beds-- very comfortable 4) pillows-- a little on the flat side 5) cleanliness-- fine (although I could've done without the coconut-smelling air freshener) 6) ease of getting to casinos-- great (5.9 miles through town, or 9 miles on I-10 to I-110) 7) very helpful-- all employees spoke unaccented English.

my boyfriend stayed there this past weekend and it was great. water pressure was fine, no problems with the TV. everything was clean and housekeeping was very efficient. we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel. i am putting my mom in this hotel for this weekend.

We were pleased because nothing really bad happened to us when we stayed there. We were always looking around to see who might be lurking around the corner. We did not feel very safe there. The worker at the desk was unprofessional. While we were checking in, he was having words with customers by phone. When he ended the conversation on the phone, he cursed the phone RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!

Stopped at this inn for the night, quiet, clean and efficient checking in and out. (Continental Breakfast could use a more robust menu) Overall the stay was good, and I would recommend it to others. John Hernandez

no water presure better hope it rains. All TV's are refurbished and rarely work. I have stayed here 7 different times because my company forces me too. no elevator, no points, most staff are rude and turnover on a weekly basis. Wake up calls rarely come. Reservations and other information are always lost. Doors will lock you in your room causing door to have to be broke down. No security and unsafe

The fact it was inexpensive, and close to beach. No pool, not much amenities. Overall, the service was great, and we were treated great. Downside is no pool, hot tub, you know but the upside was that it was close to beach, clubs, restaurants.

I was impressed by the staff, cleanliness, and well appointed rooms. This was well worth the price. If you're traveling on a budget, want nice, clean accomodations for a few nights then I would suggest this hotel. They also offer more than the average "continental breakfast" you usually find at budget hotels.

Hotel is fine and this is the second week-long stay at this facility. The entire week the "down" button was broken on the elevator on the 2nd floor. Suggestions to the front desk were met with "We know, they are going to fix it". Still broken when I left on Monday. Laundry facilities available to guests needs some attention. Washer and dryer barely function and the laundry room is pretty trashy. Room was fine and clean. I had a "handicapped" room on this visit which I thought was a little odd. AC, TV and bathroom all in good running order and bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff friendly and did a good job.

It was cheap and clean. Not as close to destination as I would like. The personnel was the brightest spot. Close to food and clean.

This hotel was fine for business travel. The room was clean and everything worked. The breakfast bar is marginal but there is a Waffle House, Denny's and fast food right nearby. Guest laundry facilities did not function while I was there. 3rd floor is all smoking, so if you don't smoke, don't stay on 3. I checked in late on Sunday evening and the young lady at the desk was brand new but made the best of it. I had the wrong room (smoking) and with a little delay and a couple of phone calls managed to get it corrected and apologized. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked fine in the 90 degree heat and humidity. I have tried several other hotels at exit 50 and this has been the better facility so far. Be sure to eat at Aunt Jenny's straight south at exit 50 in Ocean Springs and take the new bridge over to Biloxi. It's a great 2 mile walk if you are up for it in the evening.

Continental breakfast the whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke The hotel looked relatively new, which is why I selected it. The carpets were stained. Was initially placed in a non-smoking room and as soon as I walked in, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was exchanged and that room too smelled the cigarette smoke. All the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke.

Location acceptable. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling/carpet filthy. The location is good, the staff was nice, but the carpet in the room was awful as well as filthy, no fan in the bathroom, and mold on the ceiling. The water even stunk!

Big bed, great air conditioner, super comfortable. This hotel was awesome. The plus was the great breakfast we had in the morning. The room was big.

It was clean and the people were nice. We really needed one bed and got two small ones. I would recomend this hotel to anyone.
