| The location and hotel it self was okay. Unfortuntely, when checking they acted as if they didn't get my reservation. The manager tried to charge me for what he would charge for a room with double beds not what my confirmation said. He ASSUMED their would be two people in the room because I booked double beds for myself. After much debate he reversed my charge and processed my credit card for the amount I was gauranteed when booked. I was surprised that for a suite the bath towels barely covered your body (better used as a hair towel) and the room was not cleaned daily. |

| Best kept secrete in Houston !!!!!!. The rooms are very clean and updated. We were more than happy with the continental breakfast since we saved between 40.00 and 50.00 per night. But we loved the cappuccino machine. The manager is very friendly and impressionable and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you are visiting Reliant Park. When ever we need a hotel in Houston this will be our first choice. |
