Really inexpensive and close to town. About a half hour from Texas Motor Speedway. Beds were good and the rooms were clean and everything worked.

Simple. No hot water to wash up. It is a ok space to stay for couples or single traveler to stay for a short time.

The outside of the hotel wasn't bad but when we opened the door it was like walking into an oven. We arrived after 8 pm and it wasn't until after midnight before the room finally cooled off. Overall the room wasn't bad but when we finally turned in for the night the beds were alot firmer than we were used to. They were definately softer than the floor but not by much. There was no alarm clock in the room so I was happy my cell phone had that feature. Then when we went to the lobby to check out their continental breakfast the woman said that they offered coffee and honeybuns. I told her I'd pass on the coffee since it wasn't made yet but the kids might like a couple of honeybuns but after she went to get them she informed me that they were all out. Fortunately they had several fast food places down the street that we could choose from so the kids were happy. Oh and I never got to see the "artwork" on the walls because the blacklight in the room was broken.

tHIS LOCATION IS AN OASIS IN THE DESERT. tHE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD DID NOT LOOK LIKE IT DESERVED SUCH A NICE, WELL KEPT LITTLE MOTEL. IT'S A BIT OFF THE BEATEN TRACK BUT I'D STAY THERE AGAIN.

in aug.texas heat is bad and the ac units do not cool the rooms.and not enough towels in room,plus they were thin and small.

The Scottish Inn and Suites was very comfortable. It was roomy and very clean. The bed was comfortable and had clean sheets. It had a small table and chair that could be used for a laptop. The bathroom was separate from the vanity area. It was a very quaint hotel with a black light on the wall and glow in the dark paintings of some type of waters with sail boats and palm trees which we thought was very romantic. Had we been there for a romantic evening it would have been perfect. We found the hotel very easily but found it to be in a run down part of the city. We were unsure as to how the safety factor was but did not experience any problems. Considering the neighborhood it was located in we were not sure what kind of clientale this hotel was servicing. All in all it was very comfortable.

We had requested a non-smoking, we got smoking, and the manager refused to give us another room since we had already paid through the web site. Since we had boked it for 5 nights we had to buy plug-in fresheners to balance out the smell. And all of our clothes smelled awful! More horrifically, there was a black light, and when we turned it on to find out what it was, there were obscene and lude paintings ON THE WALL!!!!!!! Also, our toilet backed up, and they made US buy a plunger for it. It's a year later and I can still remember every awful detail of that trip. Little did we know how awful something suggested by this site would be. We are regular users of Online Travel Website, but I refuse to trust the site's recomendations and only stay in name brand hotels now. TRAVELERS BEWARE on this remodled rent by the hour hotel!

I had a wonderful time in Fort Worth stockyards and stagecoach. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean, new, comfortable and very affordable compared to other hotels near the Stockyards. I liked the drawings on the walls that glow at night with a flick of a switch.
