Really good location for us. I was really pleased at the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was very clean. Everything worked well, including the wireless access. On the downside, there was a strong smell of mothballs in our room. I got used to it, but it would be good if that could be addressed. The street traffic and occasional siren kept some of our group up. Also, on our last night, some people were out in the courtyard talking loudly until about 4 am and I wish the management had asked them to be more quiet. I just turned the air conditioner on to drown them out.

Quick check in process. Very clean room. Right across the street from the beach, but much more cost effective than 5 miles out off the highway.

The rooms are not that great but to make things worse we were called at 9:45am if we want to stay longer because checkout time is approaching and at 9:53am we received a knock at the door and the owner told us it was time to go?!?! We vacated our room before the 10:00am checkout time, but consider their reminders rude. At least wait till 10:00 before you start harassing people. If you are on the first floor and you have someone in the room above you, the squeaking floor will annoy you. It woke me up in the morning.

This is a small and old hotel but grounds well kept. No coffee maker in room. Each morning I walked to 7-11 2 doors down to get coffee. I chalk up to experience and will stay somewhere else next time I visit. On the plus side was the cleanliness for such an old motel.

scottish inn at ormond beach was very clean excellent for the price. staff one of the best at any motel, hotel that we've stayed at. stay was during speedweeks, feb 11 - feb 17 and was not taken advantage of on price. will stay again.

The hotel was nice and very very clean! People were nice and helped us out at the last minute because we ended up having an extra person. We checked in late which didn't seem to be a problem for them. We plan on staying there again.
