The historic Schloss Fuschl's mission has always been to provide an unforgettable stay for every guest: an unmistakeable, unrivalled location. The numerous works in the Schloss Fuschl Collection can be admired in the public spaces as well as, in part, in the hotel rooms and suites. With its incomparable lakeside location, this castle has hosted archbishops, empresses and film stars since 1450. All of our rooms and suites offer an ambience of incomparable elegance. Each room has been furnished with antique furniture from a different epoch - from Baroque to Renaissance. After an eventful day the Schloss Fuschl SPA beckons with its spaciousness, harmonious atmosphere and elegant fin de siecle ambience. From here it is just a short hop to the famous jetty to enjoy a refreshing dip in the lake. It is a true paradise for golfers here: As well as a 9-hole golf course next to the hotel, in Salzkammergut a further eleven 18-hole golf courses are just waiting for that hole-in-one. Lovers of classic cars are well catered for here. The region holds multiple classic car rallies, and the Romantic Road is ideal for taking a spin through the stunning landscape. Where can we dine?: In our Castle Restaurant we offer freshly caught fish and regional Austrian delicacies, additional there are exquisite Austrian wines traditional specialties and regional products.

In the Castle Bar we serve the Austrian coffee house culture during the day with different kind of coffees and home-made delicacies. On sunny days also on the lake terrace.

If you like a unique atmosphere we can also offer the Restaurant Jagdhof in the Sheraton Fuschlsee-Salzburg, Hotel Jagdhof – 800m from the castle, you have the harmony between traditional architecture and hunting style interior. There we serve Austrian specialities but also venison and savoury fish from our own fishery.

The Osteria with Mediterranean-Italian kitchen is open during the day or on the sun terrace and of course in the evenings.
