Very good location if you want to visit the city. Very good connection with central station and airport. Located on the quite street. The breakfast is typically Italian (sweet bread and coffee; no bread on Sunday) so relativelly poor.

The hotel was very clean, and the room was very cute. The location of the hotel was nice. It was very convenient to see the sights in Napoli. Employees were kind and friendly, I enjoyed staying at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much and were positively surprised. Nice and clean in silent surroundings. The breakfast could be better (fresh bread every day and no prepacked toast, thanks!). And so the local Café Carlotta was visited many a day.For people spending time both in the old city centre and travelling around (e.g. to the islands), the location of the hotel was perfect! Finally, we would very much encourage the hotel owners to describe the location of the hotel much better - the hotel was quite difficult to find, eventhough we had Neapolitan friends to bring us to the hotel!

The hotel is very clean and nice. Every detail is accurate. The room was not so quiet, you can hear every noise from other rooms. Also breakfast was poor, but I wish to recommend it for a brief stay in Naples

My room was very romantic-all in red, with old, but well preserved furnitures all around. It is not difficult to find this hotel from the Railway station. One needs only to walk straight to Umberto I street, pass the first square(near Via Duomo) and swing to the left on the second square. Via M. Schilizzi is then second on the left. This street is not on the map, so better follow my advice if you are coming from the railway station. If you don't' have a lot of laggage, you don't' need to take a taxi...

The location is a little hard to find. It was inconvenient that shampoo was not provided in the room. The room has more space than expected from the room rate of 65 Euro.

Walter gave excellent advice on getting around Naples and especially on restaurants in the area. Only issues I had were that the rooms are right next to the front desk and in the morning when they were getting ready for breakfast, the noise woke me up and there was no hair dryer in the room.

This hotel is super cute and the staff is friendly. The area is okay. Location a little tricky to find. Not really sure what area in Naples are great. My only complaint is the leaking air conditioner that i found out the next morning had been broken for quite some time. That was a little annoying. But overall the stay was good.

The location is excellent. During our stay there was a lot of building remodeling which created some disturbance. We were most impressed by the helpfulness and and excellent customer relations by Walter! He is a very fine young man and should be considered a highly prized employee of the hotel.

We were greeted warmly and our host spoke great English which really helped. He gave us advice on what to see and brochures to help us with our decisions. The morning attendent even gave me a free beer:)! The only complaint was the noise level, not from the street, but from inside. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything from other rooms and in the lobby. Yet, this was not a huge problem. We would definetely book with Schilizzi again.

The extremely helpful and pleasant staff went above and beyond to answer our questions and provide information about the city. The location of the hotel is good; it's close to the Piazza Plebescito, which is a very nice part of town.
