The hotel is a leisurely walk to the dynamic waterfront and the downtown shopping area. The hotel has 100 rooms, which has a modern apartment style, yet carry the art deco theme through in the finer details such as the eye-catching black and white artworks that complement each room. All the guestrooms are well equipped with a host of contemporary amenities. For your dining pleasure, there is a MLC Cafe and Bar, located at the street level and offers alfresco dining. The hotel provides a stylish boardroom, ideal for small business meetings, accommodating up to 8 people. | Would be happy to recommend this hotel - fantastic location at affordable prices. There is no on-site parking - although there is a valet parking service (at an additional charge) your car is parked a short walk away and it is hard to secure your vehicle when first arriving to unload baggage etc. |

| Just in front of two japanese restaurant and art martial shop. Well equipped room. Good and cheap communication to the airport. A place to keep in our agenda for our next visit. |

| We enjoyed our few days at this hotel, the service was extremely friendly, prompt and efficient - especially when our suitcase padlock jammed and they sent us off for our walk while they attended to it, no fuss. The added supplies of an organic range of toiletries supplied was also appreciated. |
