Great hotel. Good location and service. The free breakfast that was included was excellent with plenty of fruit and a good selection of other food choices. It was an excellent base for our sightseeing in Jasper National Park. Our 13-year-old particularly enjoyed the pool. A ranger from the Jasper National Park gave a free nature talk each evening at the hotel which was a real plus.

The room was pricey for what you received. I had to fix the toilet the first night we were there. I paid extra for a mountain view and got a view of rooms and a parking lot. The room was small. We stayed at a different hotel in Edmonton for half the price and the room was twice as large.

Stop-over in JAsper: good location; very crowded (ggod business for the owner; not enough parking spaces). Rooms are quite dark; need a good make-over (especiallynew carpets). Staff was friendly during the day; quite indifferent in the evening.) No continental breakfast for the price... Good coffee offered at least. Would not suggest to friends.

Room was nicely decorated and very relaxing. The bed could have been more comfortable though. Our room had an inside window by the pool, which got to be quite loud sometimes. I would ask for an outside room next time.

Overall we were pleased with the hotel. Our room was in the back so it was quiet, the food in the main dining room was very good, and the desk staff was very polite. The hot tubs were not working and we requested a wake up call and did not get it. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

This was a nice place to stay in Jasper.It was at the very end of the town and all the shopping and resturants.If you want to stay in the middle action this may not be your pick.But if you want a large room with a very comfortable bed and free wifi this might be a good chose for you.

The hotel had a helpful, friendly staff. However, the room they put us in was an interior room and we had to pay another $20 for a room with a view. It was a nice hotel, but definitely pricey and nothing special.
