this hotel is located in a great location in the georgetown area of washington. the room was very comfortable and clean.A great value for the price

Large, attractive room; tempurpedic queen mattresses, very roomy and comfortable. Nicely remodeled room; very comfortable bedding. More than enough room for a roll away in addition to the two queen beds. Front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly.

Good, quiet hotel on a bus route.

The picture makes the hotel look better than it is! They have did nothing but lie the whole time! From the beginning to the end of the trip. They told me they would not charge me to hold my hotel room they lied they charge me 200 just to hold it, they told us we would get some free stuff for breakfast lie they charge 2 people 33 dollars and nothing fancy! Then at the end of the hotel they told me they would take the 200 off since I paid 200 and 49 with my credit card wrong! They didn't do nothing until I called and complained. I have been to many hotels in WV and they are better than this hotel any day! I will never ever sleep here again! If you can't build a hotel based on trust why heck would you stay there? The only thing that was good about this hotel was the bed and the room itself. That it! What a pity. My teacher also told us that he will never sleep there again either. It was not worth our money or our time!

Price and location. TV reception poor. A friendly smart hotel with reasonable services for the price. Good location for Embassies.

After showing up to our hotel, selected due to it's ratings and proximity to my next day's activities, I learned that I was being moved to a different hotel several miles away since other travelers needed the room. directions were provided to the other hotel. The other hotel was supposedly new and comprable. This was not the case. There was very little parking, the room was very small, the hotel had very few amenities unlike the hotel I had selected. No other compensation was provided. Travel agency staff did not provide much solice but offerred a 25 discount on our next trip. We have not received this discount yet.

In room Jacuzzi. Very tight parking-rooms not suites-view is city only. The hotel is very clean & upscale, staff look like secret service. Despite advertising rooms as suites & calling themselves Savoy Suites there are no suites-all rooms are single. They also state "best panoramic views of DC skyline" not! No monuments are visible only Georgetown.

We had a big clean room with two queen size beds. The staff was very knowledgeableabout the city. The front desk was very helpful and friendly all through out the weekend.I couldn't believe parking was free in Washington DC.

Tempurpedic mattress; down comforter. Water temp was set too low for shower. Very nice/clean hotel in DC - more like an upscale boutique hotel. Provide free gargage parking, free internet and free shuttle to Georgetown area, metro, etc. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms were large enough for 4 persons to fit very comfortably.

The Savoy Suites hotel is in a beautiful location and offer free parking you can't ask for anything else.

The jaccuzi tub in the room is a sign of the age of the decor. There was no shampoo, and it could have been cleaner

Close to Georgetown and Embassies. Small lobby, not within walking distance to Metro. Nice, clean hotel right across the street from the Russian embassy. I could see the Washington Monument from my room. Close to Georgetown, National Cathedral and Naval Observatory.

The tempur-pedic mattress. Notnice. I was able to have a great night's sleep because of the super comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was on a main street and therefore very noisy. Did not like being in a handicapped room. The hotel is an older hotel, but quite nice. It has its own parking, which is a plus. Most hotels in the area charge you extra ($20 or more) for this service.

Nothing. The garage. I am very disappointed with everything. It is actually not a suite, no living room, no dining table. You have to cook just beside your bed! The hotel garage is scary, too narrow and crowded. No way to turn your car back if it is full, and they just don't tell you! I got my car scratched in their garage, and tried to call them, but was told the manager only works on Wednesdays! This is the worst hotel I ever lived.

Nothing. Everything. The hotel does not have adequate parking for its patrons. The staff is rude and very un-helpful. They triple charged me not once but twice.

Friendly staff. Not near metro. No coffee machine in room! Parking, while free, is very limited and packed tightly: you run the danger of having your car damaged. Shuttle bus to metro only runs once an hour. taxi to metro is $6-7. Would only recommend if you were doing business within a few blocks.

Located in a wonderful neighborhood, very helpful staff, accommodated special requests, free parking. Nothing. This was a lovely hotel with some character, located in the Adams Morgan area of George town. The staff was extremely accommodating to our special requests at booking, for early check-in and a larger room with gorgeous city views. The room was well appointed, clean, and was 1/3 the price of the very same sized room our friends were staying in at the Marriott Ward man Park. Speaking of price, the hotel included free parking, underground. Both of these hotels are rated 4-star. My only suggestion would be to have the coffee pot in the room at check-in and not have to call down to request it. Car service to the airport was available and shuttle service was free to the Metro. It doesn't get better then that.

Location and free parking very important in DC. Parking is expensive. Great location price is good free parking very dated room decor terrible restaurant and staff hotel workers however are very friendly a good value.
