The picture makes the hotel look better than it is! They have did nothing but lie the whole time! From the beginning to the end of the trip. They told me they would not charge me to hold my hotel room they lied they charge me 200 just to hold it, they told us we would get some free stuff for breakfast lie they charge 2 people 33 dollars and nothing fancy! Then at the end of the hotel they told me they would take the 200 off since I paid 200 and 49 with my credit card wrong! They didn't do nothing until I called and complained. I have been to many hotels in WV and they are better than this hotel any day! I will never ever sleep here again! If you can't build a hotel based on trust why heck would you stay there? The only thing that was good about this hotel was the bed and the room itself. That it! What a pity. My teacher also told us that he will never sleep there again either. It was not worth our money or our time!

The hotel is an older hotel, but quite nice. It has its own parking, which is a plus. Most hotels in the area charge you extra ($20 or more) for this service.

After showing up to our hotel, selected due to it's ratings and proximity to my next day's activities, I learned that I was being moved to a different hotel several miles away since other travelers needed the room. directions were provided to the other hotel. The other hotel was supposedly new and comprable. This was not the case. There was very little parking, the room was very small, the hotel had very few amenities unlike the hotel I had selected. No other compensation was provided. Travel agency staff did not provide much solice but offerred a 25 discount on our next trip. We have not received this discount yet.

I am very disappointed with everything. It is actually not a suite, no living room, no dining table. You have to cook just beside your bed! The hotel garage is scary, too narrow and crowded. No way to turn your car back if it is full, and they just don't tell you! I got my car scratched in their garage, and tried to call them, but was told the manager only works on Wednesdays! This is the worst hotel I ever lived.

The hotel does not have adequate parking for its patrons. The staff is rude and very un-helpful. They triple charged me not once but twice.

We had a big clean room with two queen size beds. The staff was very knowledgeableabout the city. The front desk was very helpful and friendly all through out the weekend.I couldn't believe parking was free in Washington DC.

No coffee machine in room! Parking, while free, is very limited and packed tightly: you run the danger of having your car damaged. Shuttle bus to metro only runs once an hour. taxi to metro is $6-7. Would only recommend if you were doing business within a few blocks.

The jaccuzi tub in the room is a sign of the age of the decor. There was no shampoo, and it could have been cleaner

This is an old hotel. The room, although clean, had a stale odor. The hotel is overpriced and so is the restaurant. The bar area is too small and needs some tables to make it a cocktail lounge partially separated from the restaurant. The bartender is a college graduate who speaks 3 or 4 languages and is real asset to the hotel. The parking garage is secure, but it is difficult to get in and out. Check in/out goes smoothly.
