| Its small 50's hotel(poorly)refurnished, the serrvice at the checkin was almost rude, and didn't improve in the check out, room and bathroom were really dirty, the bed was like sleeping in a very fragil dinner table, only 2 good points, breakfast was grate and its located a block from the beach. |

| We stayed here during Carnivale. The price was 2X the normal rate but was still a deal during Carnivale when hotels are hard to come by. No perks but a good, clean budget hotel with a great location 2 blocks from the beach in the heart of Copacabana.. The staff speaks English which really helped. A good value. |

| The hotel is just 2 blocks from Copacabana beach and 1km from Ipanema. Usually hotels in this area are very expensive, but their price is fair. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel and a subway station just 2 blocks. Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, the avenue where the hotel is, is full of bars, fast foods, small supermarkets, pharmacies. We really enjoyed our staying. |

| When I look for a hotel, I usually don?t look for luxury since I usually only use it to sleep, but for me is very important the cleanliness and comfort mainly on the bed and pillows.I will start by saying the good things of the hotel, it is well located and the staff of the hotel is very friendly, helpful and willing to help the guests.The bad things of the hotel are: It is not so clean, mainly the bathroom; the bed is very uncomfortable, and so the pillows; and the breakfast was also very bad.In my opinion, there are many details that should be taken care of, and a serious remodeling is a must. |

| When j arrived to the hotel in the evening of 23 febbruary at the reception there is not my prenotation by venere.com and the receptionist didn't want to accept me and my friend to the hotel. Likely there was a room for us, but it was very small and not very clean: we didn't like it, so we changed hotel. J believe that there isn't a real corrispondence betwen your photos of the hotel e what we really seen. In general j can't confirm the hotel standards that you presented on your website. |

| I needed a hotel room at Christmas time at a reasonable price. I got a clean room, simple furnishings, good service, and a nice breakfast. For single travelers on a budget who just need a clean safe place to sleep, this hotel works. I will stay there again. |

| we had 2 bookings each for 2 days. For the second stay we had for the first night a very unconvenience room at the last floor, where the air condition was not sufficient; but after complaining they offered us immediately another room. The quality of the breakfast is very bad. The food especially the fruits and bread they offer is not tasty at all. But overall the service of the reception is excellent. Thank you and best regards |
