| The hotel was excellent overall ... lots of space and helpful staff. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit in my suite was too noisy and the hotel swimming pool smaller than expected. |

| Internet reception was very bad and didn't work most of the time I was there. The gates to the parking lot also failed on a few occasions. |

| I am very satisfied with the apartment which I stayed in; the 2 bedroom apartment which I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, very clean and conveniently located. My only gripe is that you had to pay to watch better movies on TV. If you love shopping, the main shopping district is only 20 min walk away. You can also hop onto the free red cat as well. For food, there is a mini-supermarket and a couple of eateries across the road as well. If you plan to drive, there are a couple of car rental companies just down the road. I would recommend you to stay here if you have a group size of 4 and above. |

| My husband and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite because others weren't available. The second bedroom has a continuous hum(electrical) behind the wall 24hrs/day which would have driven us insane if we'd slept in it.
Otherwise it was good. |

| I found the room a bit small (was staying three nights) however I was really not in it that much so this was more of a visual issue. I actually used the pool and gym and found the area to be very pleasant (considering what I was attemoting to do). Although out of the city area the 'red cat' bus is close by and operates every 5 mins so location is not an issue. Very pleasant stay. |

| the restaurant staff were particularly friendly & helpful, especially a young Thai lady who would greet us every morning we had breakfast in the restaurant, on our departure she made a special effort to say good-bye to us, we all became very close to her, she is a stand out employee. She treated every customer as someone special to her - don't let her leave!!! |

| 10-15 min walk from central city but free bus helps. Otherwise highly recommended. |
