About 5 block walk to beach. Very clean and staff was very friendly. Would stay there again. Nice courtyard with pool. Right in the middle of downtown. The only complaint would be that the beds were not comfortable. Very firm.

Reasonable, close to town, clean. Bathrooms very small in all the units. Good bang for the buck and staff are friendly and accommodating free parking in front 24hour security, breakfast was good never tried dinner, pool was cold and only sunny for 3 hours in the morning around the pool area.

We just got back this past week and it was the most enjoyable time we've had. Every year my husband and I vacation in Mexico and I have to say this was the best hotel we've stayed in. I would highly recommed this to our family and friends. Except for the front desk personnel everyone was very helpful.

hotel is located in very dodgey dark area. it is within walking distance of main town - approx 10-15 mins but in the heat feels like 2 hour journey. Pay a little extra to be closer to the town centre - it's really not worth the hassle! No lift either - so luggage has to be carried up 4 flights of stairs! pool is tiny! you can hear everything from the room next door. Very basic provisions and cheap if that's what you want doors were falling off in kitchen, fridge did not work, bed very uncomfortable!

This was perfect, our trip was so nice and everybody at the hotel is very friendly, the service has been improved and all the staff always treats us better than a family and the location they have is amazing you don?t have to spend on taxis everything is at walking distance.

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times and i would stay there again. I love the location within walking distance to the city center. The hotel staff are wonderful very friendly and accomodating. The mini mart in the hotel is definately and added bonus. The room was large, clean and the beds were very comfortable. For the price I would stay at this hotel again and would recomend it to a friend.

The hotel room was clean. The water pressure was good in the shower and had plenty of hot water. Plenty of cable channels! Bad things: couple lightbulbs were not working when I first arrived, towels were coarse/old/torn, swimming pool didn't get enough light, and took a couple tries to get the right tv remote. Bring all of your own tolietries. It is about 5 blocks from the center of tow, but buses go by all the time and it only costs about 5 pesos to get down the street (50 cents). "

We needed a one night stay till we were able to move into the Playa Grande. The room was not a place for relaxing in, the bath was tiny with no counter space, the fridge never cooled, and no place for our luggage (the floor). It had a very small kitchenette with a very small counter-table with 2 kitchen chairs. Outside they had a nice little garden pool area with tables and chairs around. Walking distance to town and restrants, the hotel staff was pleasant. Watch out for the timesharers of course, at the airport, then waiting in line to check-in at the hotel we were hit there too! (I won't even go into the rest of the week of timeshare hecklers)(NEVER NEVER go to the MAYAN presentation unless you plan to buy, we were baited with $300 cash and a bottle of tequila, it was our last day, and we thought what could it be, the guy on the street would NOT take no for an answer, but it was worst hard sell, demoralizing 3 hrs. of our life! Good Luck.

This is by far the worst hotel in all of Cabo! It's in a shady part of town with lots of scary looking people hanging out there. The rooms are dirty and old. I moved to a different hotel after one night.

The third floor room was in a corner and dark with no elevator or offer of assistance with baggage. Windows were covered with greasy contact paper. We got one fork, spoon and cup with cracked plates. The toaster didn't work. The sofa bed was pilled out with no cushions to use it as a sofa. The door had to be slammed shut and the bolt lock was in disrepair. The pool was ice cold. There was construction next door. The lamination on the cabinets was in need of repair.
