Overview: In the historic centre of Lucca, this impressive 16th century building boasts stunning original features and now houses spacious, air conditioned, en suite accommodation, completely renovated in 2006.

It is located in front of the beautiful gardens of Bottini Villa, once the residence of Elisa Bonaparte. Today, many of the residence’s beautiful, carefully preserved original features remain, including stunning wood-beamed ceilings.

The superb central location means you can easily reach all the principal historical attractions of this magnificent old city in just a few minutes.

You can start your day with a buffet breakfast in the delightful covered garden, throughout the year.

Location Description: Our hotel is located in the eastern part of the city and very close to the Renaissance villas, monasteries and gardens It is conveniently situated in the historical centre of Lucca, at just 1 km from the railway station, 20 km from Pisa International Airport and 65 km from Florence airport.

This privileged position allows you easy access to Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, the sea of the Versilia or the mountains of the Garfagnana without forgetting the outskirts of Lucca with their magnificent Villas and Farms.

Rooms: All the comfortable rooms located in the hotel are fully equipped with a TV, hairdryer, electronic safety deposit box, minibar, desk, cupboard and heating. Any additional facilities are listed below:

Double Superior: these comfortably spacious, air-conditioned rooms are have an en suite shower and bath.

Double Standard: these air-conditioned en suite rooms are smaller than the Superior rooms and have a shower.

Triple Rooms: these air-conditioned en suite rooms have one double bed and one single bed (or 3 single beds).

Quadruple Rooms: these air-conditioned rooms have an en suite bathroom with shower and either one double bed and 2 single beds (or 4 single beds). Each room also has a balcony with a table and chairs where you can have breakfast, and a living room with table and chairs. In the summer you also have direct access to the breakfast buffet.

Single Rooms: these comfortably spacious en suite rooms are tastefully decorated and have air conditioning.

Annexe Rooms: located in a separate building, one of these rooms has an en suite wash room and toilet and the other has a private bathroom outside of the bedroom. All annexe rooms are spacious and are equipped with a TV, heating, hairdryer, cupboard and fan.

Superior Double Room - All en suite rooms are comfortably spacious and boast an array of modern comforts. Some rooms with bath and some rooms with shower.

Suite for 4 - These beautiful suites for 2 adults and 2 children have been recently renovated.

Composed of 2 rooms, the bedroom contains an attractive gold bed, and the living room contains a comfortable sofa bed, table and chairs. On the ceiling there are restructured wood beams which will remind you of times gone by. There is also a en suite bathroom, accessed from the bedroom, satellite TV and LCD TV.

A balcony also offers direct access to the garden where the buffet breakfast is served all year.

Triple Room - Triple room with one double bed and one single bed or three singles beds.

Apartment 6-8 Pax - The apartment is on the second floor of a building of Lucca (no lift).
It is very spacious and it is ideal for families and numerous groups because it has 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one is in the principal bedroom), a kitchenette and living area. It is also very quiet as it is located at the front of a quiet street.

Standard Double Room - The standard double room is smaller than the superior double room but offers the same comforts.

It offers peace, privacy and a welcoming ambiance.

Dependance-Double Room - The room is located in a Dependance only 80 meters away from the main building, and is located on the second floor (no lift).
It is very nice and newly renovated, with en suite bathroom with shower, colour TV, heating and the use of a kitchenette.

Dependence-Double Room (external private bathroom) - The room is located in a dependence, only 80 metres from the main building, on the 2nd floor (no lift).
The bathroom is private but right next to the room.

Dependance 4 Pax - Recently renovated, the 2 double rooms offer one private bathroom in close proximity to the two rooms. They also feature heating and the use of a kitchenette which is included in the price. The tranquil accommodation is split between the main building and an annex which is located just 80 metres away.

Superior Double Room (Garden View) - This recently renovated Superior Double Room has a view over the historic garden of Villa Bottini.

Double Room with Kitchenette - This room, for 2 people, is simply furnished with a private bathroom and kitchenette.

Junior Suite - These beautiful suites for 2 people have been recently renovated.
