I was so impressed by the pleasant service we got right from the time we do some telephonic enquiries , up until the very warm reception we got when me and my wife arrived there...i still remember the front office lady's name NONTOKOZO MBELU...she was awesome in terms of the world class service and attitude towards us...infact every staff in the hotel were very pleasant and very willing to help....the hotel including the hotel rooms were clean , food was not bad at all...i am very much prepared to refer other people to try Sani Pass.
