I have stayed at the Sandy Beach many times and always find it remarkably peaceful and excellent value for money. The sandy Beach has two swimming pools overlooking one of the best beaches on earth.

Everything was fine until checkout. Would have liked come again but the team at the checkout need some lessons in acceptable service. Waiting for a room to be checked? Being asked to pay for a teaspoon because it can't be found? Being asked "are you sure you only had one chocolate from minibar" while the staff member looks you up & down? Told that airport transfers are only complimentary in one direction until your bill says otherwise??? A manager who won't front customers??? It was a comedy that only had a happy ending once we left. Check out some of the other reviews on line for similar stories. We were a bit shocked is wasn't just us. I'll come back to Denang though.

Good location from the marble mountain and Hoi An. I like their service throught out. Love the swimming pool and bar. Room is clean and the food is so good, I like the buffet in the morning. Will stay again when come back.
