| Fantastic resort and place to stay. We had an excellent time. Having kids and wanting to avoid the stairs, we requested a ground floor room (Unit 204) located near the pool. This room was ideal as we monitor the kids play in the pool, but far enough away to avoid the noise. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying again!! |

| I found the accommodation to be both outstanding and affordable Sands Turtle Beach Resort is a family paradise its got everything you need from delightful restaurants to a convenient store, tennis, putt putt, cinema, day spa, gym and so much more you don't need to leave 'we didnt want 2'! The reception staff are exceptional and certainly go above and beyond to help with any request we put to them-no wonder they have won so many awards.
Highly recommend it to any family or individual wanting a value for money experience! |

| This was the second time we have stayed at Turtle beach resort and quite like it. We did however prefer the rooms and the general Lay out of the Southern Block where the rainforest Cafe was. |

| A bit disappointed with the gym - bikes were old and rusted and a bit of a safety concern with the weights machines as there was no instructions on how to use each one and could not see what weight was being lifted. We could also feel the springs in the mattress in main bedroom. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and relaxing and the staff were very helpful with queries we had. |

| Spacious apartment with comfortable furniture, fantastic pool & spa just a few meters from unit. Like the way the property is laid out back from the highway so road noise is kept to a minimum. Bus stop, bakery, takeaways and grocery store are just next door or across the road. Ideal for families and it will certainly be my first choice for future visits to the Gold Coast. A++++ |

| We stayed at Sands Turtle Beach Resort for 2 nights. We have to children aged 3 and 6. Even though the weather was miserable for the first day there we managed to play a game of putt putt which our son loved. Had pizza from the Pizzeria. If we had taken our swimmers we would have gone swimming to as the pools are heated. Couldn't get over the people swimming in winter. Staff were friendly. Will definitely go back in summer and stay longer. Excellent place for a family especially if you just want to chill out at the resort for the day. |

| Quite a Nice place but found it difficult with an infant and pram, being put on a 2nd floor apartment with no lifts or ramps, endless staircases. Possibly this should have been considered when a cot was requested, that a pram would be used. The $40 per night additional surcharge to secure a ground floor room was probably a bit rich, especially when the place seemed only 1/2 full. Nice cafe and pizza bar, also nice mini-cinema. Gym average, could spring for better equipment. Very slippery around tiled pool areas - poor choice in tiles. Otherwise, again quite a nice spot for kids. |

| We had no problems staying in this first floor 2 bedroom facility. dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in unit made it easy to keep on top of the chores. Internet access was too expensive to use at $24 /24h and the lan point in the bedroom should have been in the main room where there was table and chairs to use. the apartment couch and carpet was stained and due for replacement, but just still accectable for us, i understand these apartments are individually owned and maintained therefore not the responsibility of the resort. the 2h timer on the aircon worked ok for us, as we were out most of the time, and leaving the doors open to let the evening breeze flow was fine most days. given we paid much less than the "full" rate, I would have no hesitation in using the resort in future. |
