This was a coming home trip 30 years in the making. I got to show my wife the Dunedin and Tarpon Springs area whre I grew up. Some things had changed, yet some were the same. Wonderful resort to stay at, but a little pricey. Service was outstanding, food was better than average, beach was fantastic. Would definitely go again. We will definitely bring the kids next time!

Pure luxury. Street noise was very loud.

We stayed at the Sandpearl spring break 2009 and loved it. My daughter who is 15 loved it too. We enjoyed it so much we put a offer on a condo. There is something for everyone of all ages, I would recommend this resort to anyone. Clearwater Beach is a great vacation spot with the most beautiful beach I have ever been on. Try it you won't be disappointed.

I went expecting it to be "just ok" and the Sandpearl FAR exceeds "just ok". This hotel is excellent from the staff to the decor to the pool......I have not one bad thing to say about it. We were upgraded to a Gulf View Junior Suite upon arrival which was beautiful and the staff could not have been more accommodating the rest of the trip. The resort is very casual and relaxed but you'll find yourself wanting to dress up and be a part of the luxuriousness of it. The pool is superb ....the food WELL WORTH the money.....the beach is phenomenal. Its in a great location near many restaurants and activities. We had a wonderful time....I can't stress how much this hotel is worth your buck. The Gulf has warm clear water with hardly any waves which makes for great swimming and the pictures I came home with are gorgeous!

A good place, but with the view of the dumpster stations and of the adjoining dumpy hotels and a marginal view of the gulf. Not good enough for the money, could have gone elsewhere and had better value.

Amazingly beautiful. Wonderfully friendly staff. Extra fees for in room coffee and pool towels, etc. We absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The staff was wonderful and made us feel so special. Charged extra for in room coffee and pool towels, etc.Still, we both agreed this place is FANTASTIC, plus right next door to our favorite restaurant, Frenchy's Rockaway Bar and Grill.

We would definitely stay at the Sandpearl again...the staff was courteous, attentive, friendly. Dining at Carretta on the Gulf was excellent. Room was beautiful and clean and we loved sitting on our balcony watching the Gulf. Beach was fantastic. Other than room service the breakfast choice in the hotel was a Starbucks coffee stand with bagels, pastries, etc...however we would recommend the ClearSky restaurant directly across the street from the SandPearl for a wonderful and reasonable breakfast.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The beach is awesome. Additional resort fee. They should include the resort fee in the cost.

This is a fairly new resort and thus may not have historic charm a previous poster seeks. However, it makes up for that with the quality and elegance in all it does. And they do it as a Green complex to boot. Lovely! We stayed for a 5 night midwinter getaway and enjoyed The Sandpearl immensely. Interior design is thoughtful, soothing and far from cookie-cutter. Staff were exceptionally pleasant in all encounters (maid service, pool attendants, bell and valet staff, front desk, concierge, etc.) and all services were pleasantly and expertly delivered. Of note: Balcony was a nice size and afforded a gulf view as promised. Beach is beautiful. Pool has a good number of covered chaises and beach has close by chaises for use as well. Servers are attentive but not annoying around the pool. I appreciated the LEED certification as a Green complex. We did not eat at the main restaurant but ate at the Grille once. It was not memorable but not bad. About what I'd expect from a Grille place along the beach.

The resort was amazing. There is plenty to do for kids and adults as well. The beach is right behind the resort and you're able to have some drinks or eat at the bar with an oceanfront view. The pool is a place you can lounge at all day while being served drinks. My boyfriend and I loved the room. It was always clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view was always pretty, from whatever way your room faced. We found it a very organized and amazing trip. We'd recommend it to people visiting Clearwater.

Hotel beautiful but front desk personnel would not give upgrade even though hotel not very busy, expensive and didn't have ocean view. Location good, music by pool enjoyable.

Directly on the beach with very good pool area. Extra payments for room valet parking and gym cost.

We returned from our anniversary at Sandpearl Resort and the service was "over the top, exceptional"! Catherine greeted us and we had an experience unlike any just checking in! I highly recommend the Sandpearl Resort, it's a wonderful place, clean, beautiful on the beach, outstanding staff and a great location! Plus, the hotel is a "green" facility...even the pool. Truly a pearl in Clearwater Beach...be sure to visit.

The hotel was very nice and perfectly located on the beach. Our kids are use to the beaches in NC and NJ with lots of waves to go body surfing. This was our first trip to FL and would not go back to Clearwater Beach, simply because of the lack of waves. Will try the eastern shore of FL next. The staff at the hotel were nice and the pool was good as well. The area was safe. Located near Busch Gardens in Tampa as well as Disney in Orlando. There is 15 daily resort fee and 16 parking fee each day.

rooms were the nicest room ever and extremely clean and done fabulously, we stayed in a suite and the price was right. could not ask for anything better. location perfect could walk to nice restaurant and just to get a burger or a extreley nice restaurant right down the street. ate at the tiki bar and could walk the beach to other beach bars. its a fabulous place to stay. would go back in a heartbeat

The overall luxury, comfort and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Said they changed the sheets every 3 days but the 6 nights we stayed it was not done once. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

This is a typical resort hotel on the beach. It is very nice and in a great location. But, the old Clearwater Beach Hotel had the same location, more charm and gave their guests more attention at 1/4 the price. The old world charm of the beveled glass, polished brass and beautiful wood work is missing from this crackerbox. We stayed here just to get a comparison to the old place. I'd save my money and stay down the street.

The hotel was great. It is a beautiful location and all the amenities were wonderful. There were extra charges on our bill however when we question them they were removed. I would recommend this hotel/resort. It appeared to be very family friendly as well as a great place for couples &/or group of friends.
