Sandos Riviera Beach Resort & Spa Playa del Carmen

The recently constructed Sandos Riviera Beach Resort & Spa forms part of the Sandos Playacar Beach Resort & Spa and it is located within the renowned residential area of Playacar. Sharing the magnificent beachfront area of Sandos Playacar Beach Resort & Spa, the hotel is located within a short distance from the town of Playa del Carmen, the pier to Cozumel, and 45 minutes from the Cancun International Airport.

The Sandos Riviera Beach Resort & Spa has 405 rooms, all junior suites and master suites deluxe, featuring exquisite tropical luxury and the utmost comfort. The rooms are vast and offer the best in modern design with colours that reflect local verve and tropical exuberance.

The hotel lobby provides a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access and currency exchange facilities. Guests will be more than well catered for in the hotel restaurant, bar and disco, and can always look their best with a simple visit to the hotel's very own hairdressing salon.

The hotel also houses an auditorium, TV lounge and conference facilities, whilst providing a room service for all guests. For an extra fee guests can make use of WLAN Internet access and the hotel laundry service. Those arriving by car can leave their vehicle in the hotel car park and there is the chance to hire bikes to explore the surrounding area. The children are well catered for too with a kids' club and play area.

The rooms have two double or king-size beds, a living room with sofa bed and terrace or balcony and a full bathroom with WC, double vanity mirror with great views, hairdryer, hot tub and a separate shower. Individually regulated air conditioning units, plasma satellite TV, direct dial telephone, ceiling fan, radio alarm, Internet access, coffee-maker, iron and ironing board, minibar service and a safety deposit box also feature in all rooms as standard.

The hotel has two swimming pools including a children's pool, pool-side snack bar, loungers, parasols and a hot tub.
