These folks were very helpful in making connections for us to our debarkation point. They contacted the transportation company for us. While the resturant was a little expensive (of course I would expect that in Canada), the food was presented well.

Staff tried very hard to be helpful. Room a bit small. Lobby is somewhat Spartan, but clean. Staff generally quite industrious and helpful. I told them in advance that I would be arriving very late, which may be why I got a room next to the elevator which was small.

Everything about this hotel was great! I would definitely stay there again!

Good location, located near The Zone Bowling Alley in Richmond and close to BC Ferries

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms close to the airport. Good for 1-2 night stay. Will stay here again.

Having Moxie's below was convenient. Disappointed in the best value for money. When we arrived there was a homeless woman sorting through all her bags of stuff right at the entrance. Unfortunate for her, but not something you want to see when you are out for a night in town. Check in took a long time even though we were the only people there, very slow service. Room was clean enough but very stark and unromantic.

Very poor sound insulation, especially for a hotel so near heavily travelled roads and airplanes overhead. Very archaic heating/cooling system in the rooms. Very weak internet connection, guaranteed to frustrate you! Plan on being woken up several times during the night. MUCH worse if you love fresh air and leave a window open. Front desk management unfriedly and unsympathetic. Much better options nearby.

Good value for the money, clean and comfortable, I would not hesitate to return or send a family member.

The restaurant at the hotel serves excellent food. Wait staff very attentive. Appears to be meant for the business traveler, evidenced by the airline crews that checked in. Room was clean, the television was small, the ambience was OK, but not great. Good hotel if you're just a business traveler.

I cannot believe a hotel that tries to accomodate business travelers would still stock the rooms with ""travel"" ironing boards. For me, this alone is reason enough to go elsewhere, and there are lots of other choices in the area. The internet connections relies on powerline plug-in modems, and required a call to their tech support and changes to my laptop's setup. There is no wireless service. HVAC is as poor as I have seen. You have to get on your knees with a flashlight to adjust the settings.

We were just exhausted when we got in and everything was well done and quite reaxing.

Plenty of towels already in the room. N/A This was great hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Great shuttle service to the airport. It would have been nice to have a micro/fridge in the room, though.

Only the location - near the airport. Bad neighborhood, bedding had not been changed. This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever been in, sheets hadn't been changed, cigarette burns in the coverlet, had to get down on all fours to turn on the air conditioner, and those are the positives. The pay telephones in the small lobby were a nice touch, too. The surrounding hotels had gone out of business, this one isn't far behind.

Restaurant was good. Room was tiny, and they did not answer their phone for about 25 rings.

None. Cleanliness, location, handicapped air conditioning. I don't know how this hotel got the three star rating. It's definitely a two or two and a half star hotel. I have stayed at many three star hotels in Richmond BC area, this hotel is not up to the par.

Close to shopping, Costco warehouse. N/A It is a nice hotel but I do not think this is a 3 stars hotel.

The pool and hot tub. The room was very small and no Internet connections. The room with one queen bed was very small and crowded. No closet but a armoire which took up more room. There was no Internet connection or WIFI connection. Hard to find how to get into the hotel. Limited access and we had to drive through another hotel parking lot to get to the hotel.

Free shuttle to/from the airport. A robe in room. Only one robe in room, terrible service, old towels, non working light bulb in room, shuttle goes much slower than other hotel shuttles. Dirty pool. I hated this hotel. The room was extremely small I had to move sideways. The towels in room were old, our room had somebody else's used towels in the closet draw for some reason. The shuttle service from the airport is very slow 2 or 3 other hotel shuttles have passed before our arrived and its only 15 minutes ride. We waited literally for over an hour. Overall I'm very disappointed. The hotel has a business center with internet now, in a city like Vancouver I would assume they'd have cable but it seems. Like their internet is a dial up, so slow. The printer wasn't properly connected either, so couldn't print anything (access to this business center costs money - so they could at least try to make it pleasant). Very disappointedly.

Clean room, friendly staff, free parking. Extra $5 charge just to get 2 double beds. Good place to stay. Would recommend Sandman to others.

Close to the airport. Small rooms, not well appointed. N/A
