Staff was very attentive, but the pool area needed some attention. Good location.

Location to beach. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Hotel needs updated big-time. I would probably stay here because of location. I would not recommend this hotel to my best friends. Not comfortable at all.

If staying in this hotel request a room facing 2nd street. The other side faces a fire station with a very loud siren!

Location. Hallways - dark and smelly.

Location near beach. Parking garage was too low for my van. Facility is old, a motel probably 50 or more years ago with bare concrete block construction. It is adequate even decent for the genre, but luxurious, not really.

The closeness to the beach and boardwalk. The view was terrible, mold on the sheets, rundown looking, not worth the price. It was comfortable, the balcony had a terrible view of a parking lot, it was convenient to the beach/boardwalk, it was run down in appearance, there was mold on the sheets and the bathroom stopped up, lack of towels and toilet paper, but I will say that each time we called for something it was immediately taken care of. Staff was friendly.

This motel allowed us to park in their lot for the rest of the day and use the facilites. It could use a little updating. This hotel served our needs just fine for the time we spent there. Access to the beach was easy and no need to worry about finding a place to park was nice.

Best location, easy to get to, parking garage. Balcony door not locked properly, phone light flashing, no closed captions for tv. Staff was friendly, one night staff person was not sure about why phone was flashing, no towels for pool area, pool area bathroom flooded, very convenient location, garage did not have exit and entrance signs.

Close to beach, parking garage, friendly. Next to fire station-alarms outside window, paying for proximity, not amenities. This was a basic space to store your things while at the beach and a place to clean up after. Cheap mattresses and worn furniture and old appliances but it was clean and very convenient to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and the main street. If you like to hang out in your hotel room or by the pool rather than spend the majority of your time on the beach, this is not the place. But for basic accommodations with walking access to everything, you can't do much better.

Close to the rehoboth shops and boardwalk. Air conditioning kept going off all night, garbage dumpsters being emptied at 6am. I will not be back to this hotel, first off there was not enough towels in our room and when I called they made me go down and get them, wasn’t my fault that there wasn’t enough towels, 2nd no iron in the room had to call down for that. The air-conditioning kept going off all night so I had to turn it down so it would come back on. I got now sleep due to this because it was HOT! Lastly the garbage trucks were emptying the dumpsters at 6am and making a ton of noise and it was not just once it was many of them. Overall it was close to where we wanted to be but I will not go back again due to the air and trash trucks.

The location to the boardwalk. No internet access. Loved the fact that it was on Rehoboth Ave the main street of this charming beach community. And very close to gay establishments. The room was clean though Spartan. No amenities but if all you want to do is sleep and leave your items while at the beach this is a great bargain.

Location, staff. Tiny access way to garage area even for mini-van. As an economy lodging option I found it to be staffed by friendly helpful people and located conveniently in the center of the strip.
