While most of airport locations offer free airport shuttle 24hours, this hotel doesnt do that. They offer free shuttle (subject to availability and MUST make appointments well in advance) from 4A.M - 10A.M after which if you use them, you will be CHARGED. I wasnt told about this when i asked them about shuttle specifically they didnt mention about the charge.

Stayed one night. Convenient location, quiet, & comfortable. Overall, a good bargain for the price.

ok place for the busy business traveller who needs a shelter, bed, shower and a high speed internet access. Close by to the Missisauga business area. Rooms are ok - slightly old hotel; but functional. Good value for money.

We stayed my girlfriend and I at this hotel because of a business convention which was held in the area. The hotel was clean & had friendly staff, our suite was very nice & clean. The cost of the stay was very reasonable for the size of the suite which had a kitchinette, and sofa bed. Now because we were there only for the convention, we didn't have the extra time to enjoy the pool & the fitness center in the hotel. But we definitely comming back to this hotel for pleasure.

Our room was comfortable and well furnished including a microwave and silverware. The light dinner provided was as advertised, a very nice snack but not a full dinner. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a large selection of bagels, danishes, and even a couple of hot dishes. Our only minor complaint was that used soap was left behind in the shower from a previous guest, but I doubt this is a common occurence since everything else was so well kept. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. While not in a rural area, this hotel is definitely not right in the city either. While Mississauga does have over 800,000 people, the hotel was on the outskirts and in a fairly nice area.

Had a sports tournament in the area. This is good value for the money. Only bad thing was that they had trouble finding my reservation, not sure if it's a hotel issue or orbitz.

Only complaint about room is lack of towel racks. Well cleaned and appointed. Staff refused to give a receipt upon check-out making visitor tax rebate unavailable. Such a policy adds up to $15 per night to room cost.

It was perfect for our 1 night stay, would definately return next time we are in the area.

"The hotel location was great. However, it seemed that hotel is a bit over due for remodeling. Bathroom sink was cracked, the room had a strange odor, carpet outdated and worn. Staff was very pleasant."

Very friendly and supportive staff. Went out of their way to help me with a printer problem. Seriously.

"Some of the rooms needed minor fixes, eg. bathroom sink stopper missing, sink showing superficial cracks. Cleanliness was spotty: I noticed errant miscellaneous hairs in the bathroom corners(not mine!) as well as a slowly draining tub. The complimentary buffet was generous and fully stocked with pastries, muffins, croissants and a couple of hot items as well as a decent selection of beverages. All of the negatives were more than fully made up for by the wonderful staff. Each one I encountered always had a smile and made sure I was taken care of in an expedient & efficient manner."

The staff was very nice -- the breakfast was very good quality - the rooms were nice size -- our particular room didnt smell as fresh as it could have - but it was clean --I think the air-conditioner was causing a musty smell. Other than that it was a perfect hotel room.

The only good thing about the hotel was the stuff which were very nice and professional. However my positive feeling after the check in came very fast down after I walked into the room. The first thing was the smell in the room. It was nearly unbearable and I was close to turn around and leave the hotel. The room was very dark even with all lights on and the furniture was old and in case of the bed pretty much broken. The box spring was not suitable for the mattress and was in an angle under to hold the 2 large mattress. A iron holder showed for 3 inches out under the bed and was a security hazard as I had to watch out not to run against it. The pocket doors between the bedroom and the living room did not work and the door in the bathroom had a hole in it. I found multiple water stains on the carpet which most likely explain the bad smell in the room. Overall I would not recommend the hotel and I will never stay there again.Im traveling a lot around the world and I would have never expected to find a hotel like this in Canada.

Front desk clerk was very friendly. Hotel was clean and quiet. But a major drawback is the lack of a dining room. A person without a car needs to walk a fairly long way to get something to eat. Free shuttle service to and from hotel to the airport was very much appreciated.

For one person the room was big enough, the roomm was properly cleaned and tidy. The maintenance staff i had was very friendly and cautious. Besides the wireless problem, the expensive price to watch a movie, the place was very comfortable. The hotel location is situated in a quiet neighborhood that was nosie-free. I actually like the place and would recommend it to anyone.

The Sandalwood Suites are comfortable, with a small living area and kitchenette attached to the bedroom. The beds were firm but comfortable. There are no dressers for clothing but there are plenty of hangars. We stayed here a couple of times in the past, and the peacocks roaming the courtyard were fun to watch, but the courtyard is in need of some landscape maintenance and the pea hens were missing their beau who had not come in from CA yet. The location is a bit awkward to find, we seemed to get lost every time we came home to it and only got used to it on the last day. The bathroom was showing its age a little, with missing towel bars and a non-functional fan, so the steam made it a bit difficult to use the mirror. The breakfasts were varied and perfectly fine, though no eggs and not enough fruit, but plenty of cereal and muffins etc. Though you'd better make sure you get there before they sweep it away at 9:30am sharp!
